Where not to take your 4 wheeler 4 repair
« Thread Started on Mar 27, 2007, 9:10am »

In todays day and age it is hard to find good customer service and i just wanted to share a recent experience with one of our Suzuki dealers in Jackson/Pearl. I took my 4-wheeler in for repair and was taken for a ride i did not intend on. Freddy and Jackson Motor Sports do not take care the customers or business. My bike was there over 6 weeks. They never called to tell me what was wrong or how much it was going to cost. When I called after two weeks they could only tell me parts were ordered but could not tell me how long it would take and still could not tell me how much it would cost. I finally drove up there after it was there for 4 weeks. I was told the reason I could not get any help over the phone is because he (Freddy) does not have as service manager. When I asked why no one quoted me the job before they started it was the same reason, No service manager and it would take too long to quote the job. The worst part of it is, after paying $700 for the repairs the bike still was not fixed and it broke down again after only 10 hrs of ride time. I finally found a great repair shop called Flynts ATV and Cycle and he got me fixed and running in no time and now the bike runs better than ever. I hope no one has to experience what I did at Jackson Motor Sports.
